There are a lot of needs but probably the #1 need at this point is for a missionary couple to move to the orphanage to learn the Moskito ways and help Mama. Mama's health isn't the best. The issue is that if something breaks, like the well pump, it doesn't get fixed until a mission arrives or we send Gustavo Lepe from Tegus which is a 2 hour prop plane flight away.
Not necessarily in priority order will be a fence, class building so children can learn trades. Eventually there should be a technical teacher to teach the older teens trades so that when they become too old to be at the orphanage they can make a living. There is no industry. Most people live on what they can sell out of the front of their little homes.
